nice hotel with sea view. marvellous location very close to the beach. based very close to centre of saipan called garapan and the more popular historical sights and that island.

We had suite with a private bathroom.

The beach was lovely and we enjoyed spending some time there during our Easter break. The pool area was also nice, with a good amount of seating available. The location was convenient, as we were close to some local restaurants and stores.

Our room was in poor condition. The bathroom had a strong odor and was not well-maintained.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free mini bar in the room and the easy access to a shop with all kinds of items including water and swimming gear. the hotel has a great location close to historical sights and the beach, with a nice pool and plenty of seating. the hire car service at the hotel made it easy to explore the island.

The check-in process was frustrating with a long wait and the need to remind staff of our special request to check-in early. There were also some maintenance issues like a missing rubber seal causing a whistling noise through the balcony door at night.

The complimentary drinks and food were enjoyable, and the location was near the beach, which was a plus. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great view from our room.

We didn't feel welcomed during our Christmas stay and the menu in the restaurant did not accommodate our dietary requirements. We also had to pay for extra activities, which were overpriced, and the facilities were not well maintained.

Located very close to popular historical sights in Garapan and right on the beach, this hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent bathroom facilities, and friendly service. the breakfast had a variety of options and the pool and floating fun run course were highlights. the shop on-site was convenient for purchasing water and other items for the beach.

The restaurant food quality could use improvement.

We had an extraordinary experience at this hotel! the exclusive amenities provided were incredible, from the private facilities to the delicious restaurant cuisine. the sun terrace and pool with a view were fantastic, and the entertainment and leisure room were great as well. We loved the beachfront access with the sun loungers and umbrellas. the bar/lounge area and poolside snack bar were amazing too.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of BBQ facilities. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall enjoyment at this amazing venue.

The variety of food options at Kensington Hotel Saipan was excellent. We enjoyed delicious meals throughout our stay, from breakfast to dinner. The all-inclusive package offered excellent value for money, we had a satisfying dining experience.
